Chloe's Keys & Strings is a sole trader music tuition service. As the data controller, I am responsible for how your personal data is collected and used.

I collect the following information when you enquire about or book lessons: the child's name and age; parent or carer name and contact details (phone number and/or email address); and home address where home visit lessons are requested. Fees are paid via bank transfer — I do not store any payment card or banking details.

Your data is used solely to provide and administer music tuition — including scheduling lessons, communicating with parents or carers, and processing payments. I do not use your data for marketing purposes.

Your personal data is not shared with any third parties, sold, or used for any purpose other than delivering the services described above.

How Long I Keep It
I retain contact and lesson records for the duration of tuition and for up to one year after lessons end. After this point, personal data is securely deleted.

You have the right to request access to the personal data I hold about you or your child, to request corrections, or to ask for it to be deleted. To make a request, please get in touch directly.
