Where do you teach?

I teach at my home in Weston (ST18) or travel to your home

What areas do you travel to?

I cover Stafford and surrounding areas

Do you teach during the school holidays?

No, my lessons run during the term-time 

What hours are you available?

I offer daytime slots between the hours of 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday

What instruments do you teach?

I offer individual lessons for both Piano and Violin

Can my child learn both Piano and Violin?

Yes, we can split their time or rotate instruments depending on their interest 

Do we need to own an instrument before our first lesson?

Yes, your child will need a piano/keyboard or a correctly sized violin to practise on.

Can you advise the right size violin for my child?

Yes, I can advise the appropriate sized violin to purchase based on their size 

How much do lessons cost?

My current rate is £16 for 30 minutes. I offer a half price introductory lesson for £8

Is there a travel fee for home visits?

Yes, I charge the standard travel charge of 45p per mile for home visits

How do I pay for lessons?

Payments are made via bank transfer

Are you DBS checked?

Yes, I hold a current, enhanced DBS

Do I need to stay in the room during the lesson?

Parents are very welcome to sit in if they wish.
